2026 Bookings and Prices

Please note we are taking Bookings for 2026 and beyond. The Price Lists for Accommodation and Activities will be updated at the beginning of November 2025 and will apply from Jan 1st 2026 to Dec 31st 2026.

Having kept our 2025 Accomodation and Activity prices the same as our 2024 prices, it is likely a small increase may occur for 2026.
We are working hard to keep our prices low by having fixed rates energy deals and compliance checks throughout the year.
On the horizon is a Visitor Tax which is being planned by the Welsh Government for 2026 and would apply to overnight stays in all accomodations including our Scout Centre. We have made representations to the Welsh government both locally and nationally, together with Scouts Cymru and truly hope that Scouting, which is a voluntary organisation, is exempted from these proposals. Only time will tell and we will keep you updated.
We have a few energy saving initiatives installed within the buildings which saves us all money to keep those prices down. Visitors can also help by using less and re-cycling more.
In 2024 the Welsh Government made Commercial and Charity waste disposal fall in line with households in Wales by having to separate waste into recycling streams: General Waste, Paper and Cardboard, Mixed Re-cycling (Plastics and metal lids etc..), Glass, Food Waste. Gladstone Centre now has increased costs for disposing of Recycled Waste ongoing. We need to advise users of the Centre to ensure the correct materials are deposited into the correct recycle bins as per the instructions next to each bin in our buildings and also the larger recycle bins outside.
